Shipping Info:
1. What are your shipping costs?
WonderWatches.com provides FREE UPS ground shipping on all orders within the USA. We have to offer UPS 3 Day Air for $10.00, UPS 2 Day Air for $15.00, and UPS Next Day Air for $25.00. Please allow 24 hours before shipping for order processing.
2. How fast will my order ship out?
While most orders are shipped out immediately, sometimes it can take 24 hours to process your order. Shipping occurs once payment is approved, the address is verified, and the item is verified as in stock. If an item is not currently in stock, you’ll be notified by phone or by email.
Please keep the following in mind when choosing a delivery method: Shipping times represent the time it normally takes your package to arrive from the day we actually send the order out, not from the day you submit your order. In addition, you need to calculate only regular business days for order processing and shipping, Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays are no business days and UPS will not deliver those days. In example, if you order a watch on Wednesday with 3 day air delivery, your watch will ship out by Thursday and arrive on Tuesday. (Saturday and Sunday are not part of the 3 days.)
3. Will you ship internationally?
WonderWatches.com will be happy to ship orders overseas only if the order will be paid via bank transfer. All prices on our site are listed in US dollars. All tariffs and/or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges overseas varies from country to country. Please contact our customer service for more details either via email customerservice@wonderwatches.com or toll free at 1888-901-6677.
4.Will you ship to an alternate shipping address?
If you would like to ship your order to an address other than your billing address, that address must be listed as an "alternate shipping address" with your credit card provider. Simply call the phone number on the back of your card and request to add an alternate shipping address. This is for your protection and makes sure that you have authorized WonderWatches.com to ship the item to an address other than your billing address.

Payment Info:
1. What payments methods do you accept?
For your convenience, WonderWatches.com accepts Google Checkout, all major credit cards including Visa, Master card, American Express, and Discover card, cashier’s check, money order’s and bank transfers.
Please provide us with a working phone number in order for us to be able to contact you in the event any problem arises.
Please note: all orders paid via check will be shipped only after the check has cleared which can take approximately 7-10 business days.

2. Do you charge sales tax?
Since WonderWatches.com is located in New York, we must charge 8.375% sales tax on all orders being shipped within N.Y. State.
3. When will my credit card be charged?
We do not charge your account until your order is ready to be shipped. Please note that we do authorize your credit card at the time you place your order, but this authorization will not result in an actual charge until your order has been shipped out.

Returns & Exchange:
1. What is your return policy?
WonderWatches.com offers a risk free 15 day money back or exchange return policy on all of our watches (*excluding special orders). To insure that you will receive a full refund or exchange, the watch must be in the same condition as it was received: brand new, not worn, no scratches, no links removed and all papers in the original box. WonderWatches.com only sells brand new watches and therefore cannot accept returns on used watches.
WonderWatches.com will not charge you any restocking fee.
All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
*You will be notified at the time of purchase if your watch is a special order.
2. How do I return or exchange my watch?
If for whatever reason you want to return or exchange your timepiece please contact us right away for an RMA (return authorization number). To obtain an RMA number please contact our customer service department at 1-888-901-6677 or via email at customerservice@wonderwatches.com. Once obtained, please make sure that the watch looks the same way it looked when you received it. The watch should be brand new, in the original box, not sized, no scratches... Pack up the watch very carefully and write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. A watch returned without an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box will be refused. Please address the package to: WonderWatches.com 199 Lee Ave. Suite #562 Brooklyn, NY. 11211 and make sure you send the package prepaid insured traceable delivery. We will not be able to issue a refund for packages lost in transit if the package was sent uninsured and you do not have proof of shipment.
Returns will be credited in full minus the actual shipping and handling cost.
Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
3.How fast will I receive my refund or exchange?
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 6 to 8 business days to process upon receipt of the item.

Warranty:
1. Are you an authorized dealer for the brands you sell?
We are authorized retailers for some of the brands we carry. For those brands we offer the full manufacturer’s warranty. If it happens that you need your watch to be repaired, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly and they’ll assist you with having your watch serviced. On the watch brands that we are not an authorized retailer, WonderWatches.com will provide you with a 2 year limited warranty. If it happens that you need your watch to be repaired, you would need to contact our service department and they’ll guide you through as to how to return your watch for repair. You can contact our service department either at 1-888-901-6677 or via email at service@wonderwatches.com. All returns must have an RMA number to be accepted by our receiving department.
2. What does WonderWatches.com warranty cover?
Our 2 year warranty covers the workmanship of the watch only which includes the watch movement, and any manufacturing defects. Should you have such a problem, we will be more than happy to repair the watch for you at no cost (Shipping & insurance costs for warranty returns to WonderWatches.com must be covered by the customer). Please contact our service department either at service@wonderwatches.com or toll free at 1-88-901-6677 before mailing your watch back. All returns must have an RMA number to be accepted by our receiving department. All watches must be sent by prepaid insured traceable delivery. We do not warranty the watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations. Once the watch is taken to another watch repair, our warranty is no longer in effect

General Info:
1. Do you do watch sizing?
Sizing the watch is a very sensitive thing and has to be done with the watch owner present to insure the perfect fit, therefore, we cannot size any watch before shipping it out. We prefer you take the watch to your local jeweler for it to be done which should cost you between $5.00 and $15.00 dollars – not more! Please make sure to put away the removed links in a secure place as you never know when they will come to use. Please do not try to size the watch alone as you may harm the watch.
2. What are your business hours?
Please do not hesitate before calling or emailing us after hours as it happens quite often that somebody is in the office. WonderWatches.com is officially open:
Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST. Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST. Friday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST.
3. Do you have in stock watches that are not on your site?
YES! We try to keep our site as updated as possible, but we constantly are getting in new merchandise. If you are looking for a specific brand or watch model that you can’t find on our site, don’t hesitate, just contact our sales department at sales@wonderwatches.com and they’ll be happy to help you out. If in the event, we do not have a watch in stock, we can 95% order it for you.
